Hi, I’m Elizabeth, I start every day with a run through quiet parks 🏃‍♀️, then swim or hike — movement gives me strength and joy 💪🥾. Yoga is my morning ritual 🧘‍♀️: sunrise flows, deep breaths, perfect calm and balance. I’m crazy about traveling ✈️🌍.New places, new friends, new stories — my heart races every time! In quiet evenings I write 📖✍️. Poems about stars and wandering souls, short stories about brave girls chasing dreams — a little like me 😊. This summer I went to a mountain yoga retreat 🏔️. We hiked to a high meadow, did yoga under golden sky, spoke different languages by the campfire. There I wrote a Spanish poem about freedom and started an adventure tale about hidden treasures 🔥💖. Sports, yoga, travels, languages and writing — these are pieces of who I am. Friends say I inspire them, and that makes me smile the biggest 😍✨ The world is waiting — I can’t wait to live more of it! 🗺️📝🌟
